La Stepette
For a clearer sound
Although the body of the spoons is the same as that of the "La Traditionnelle", this model of face-to-face spoons with open resonance box has a clearer, less percussive sound than the "La Traditionnelle".
The sound can be modulated by opening or closing the resonance box with the hand not holding the handle, thus obtaining a greater variety of sounds.
Choice of two formats:

... the large "Stepette" with a deeper, louder sound
Smaller spoons are more "nervous" than larger ones, allowing faster, more voluble play. They are easier to handle and play with.
Made from a single piece of maple or ash wood, with red-stained maple decorative grille.

... the large: 28 cm (11 in.)
